Working as an independent Windscreen Repair Technician gives you the freedom to be your own boss, working the hours you want, when you want using your own home and existing vehicle as your base and mobile office. This can be done working part time to supplement your current income or pension or as a full time career change possibly after redundancy. As with all businesses the more you put into it the more you will get out of it and the rewards can be unlimited.

Unlike other franchise opportunities and suppliers we offer free technical training with your newly purchased windscreen repair equipment including business training, insurance invoice registration *(see fees) and support to assist you in maximising the income from your business from day one. We can give you lots of useful tips, guidance and ideas on where to secure new business and where the best income streams are within the industry either within the trade, public or insurance markets. Each windscreen repair you carry out has the potential to earn between you between £30 and £70 per 20 minute repair.

 *Each repair will cost you about a 75p to carry out!

The Person

As with all new businesses you have to be able to find the work as it will not come and find you. We can give or make you no guarantees. You need to enjoy meeting people, be happy to provide a customer focused business, take pride in your work, be able to sell yourself and your services, be comfortable cold calling the motor trade, hire fleets and haulage operators face to face or over the telephone, work on your own initiative and above all be hungry for this new venture to succeed. We will be there to support and guide you on where to find new business, support you on the intricacies of invoicing to insurance companies. (*A rolling monthly fee of £95 a month for invoicing support)
